The Experience
If its your First Class...
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your class time. You will need to fill out a registration form, meet your instructor who will induct you to the facility, and set you up for your first workout.
All classes, with the exception of those held in the ‘Just Breathe Studio,’ require you to wear training gloves. We do provide exercise mats and workout towels, but in keeping with health and safety regulations, we encourage you to bring your own.
Our Amenities
BODY by Alison Caroline offers a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout its facilities. We have separate ladies’ and gents’ change rooms with showers and user-friendly locker facilities. We provide shower gel, towels, and a hair dryer (in the ladies’ room) and encourage you to bring your other amenities.
